Kobelco LB-52U Malaysia Welding Electrodes

LB-52U (E7016) is an unsurpassed covered electrode for melt-through root-pass welding, or onesided root pass welding with penetration beads. 

• Best with pipe welding of mild steel and 490MPa high tensile strength steel.   
• Superior crack resistibility due to a lower amount of diffusible hydrogen in the weld metal.
• Features a very stable arc and low spatter over a wide range of welding currents.
• Shines in the melt-through root-pass welding of horizontally fixed pipes due to the smooth, glossy penetration beads that protrude on the reverse side of the groove.
